1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these terms and conditions carry specific meanings and apply throughout the document in those meanings:

• "Platform" or "Site" — The bajilaive.lat website and all its associated services.
• "We" / "Our" — The bajilaive operator team and administration.
• "User" / "You" — Any person who has created an account on the bajilaive platform or is using the service.
• "Account" — The user's personal registered profile through which the platform's services can be accessed.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — Money spent from the account to participate in a game or event.
• "Bonus" — Additional credits or benefits provided by the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The condition requiring a specified amount of bets to be placed before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "BDT" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka, the only currency used on this platform.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to use the bajilaive platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older (for ages 21+).
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
• You must have your own active bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account.
• You must participate on the platform voluntarily and using your own funds.
• If your account has previously been permanently closed by bajilaive, re-registration is not permitted.

2.1 Age Verification

bajilaive reserves the right to verify the age of any user at any time. A National ID (NID) or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. We reserve the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and if proven, the account will be immediately closed and any deposited funds will be returned.

3 Account Registration

When creating an account on bajilaive, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information may result in account closure.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same person, the same device, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and bonuses will be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You may not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately via live chat.

3.3 Updating Information

If any of your personal details change (such as phone number or payment method), you must update your account profile immediately or inform the support team.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The accepted methods for depositing on the bajilaive platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• In case of a failed deposit, please contact your mobile banking provider.
• Deposits cannot be made through a third party; only registered payment methods may be used.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Account verification (KYC) may need to be completed before a withdrawal.
• To withdraw a balance linked to a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on bajilaive are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No other currency is supported.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000; depositing ৳18,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must place bets totalling 10 times (10x) the bonus amount. This means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is applicable only to the account of the user for whom the offer was made.
• If bonus abuse is detected (arbitrage betting, multiple accounts), the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
• bajilaive reserves the right to modify, amend, or discontinue any bonus program at any time.
• An account is entitled to one welcome bonus only.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on the bajilaive platform are operated fairly and transparently. The rules of game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming) also apply.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartiality. If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, that round will be cancelled and the wagered amount will be refunded.

6.2 Betting Rules

• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If the internet connection is lost during a game, the last state recorded on the server will be considered final.

6.3 Sports Betting

The bajilaive VIP program has four tiers that offer special benefits for regular players:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

You can advance to a higher tier through regular and active use of the platform. VIP cashback is credited to the account each week and standard withdrawal conditions apply.

bajilaive reserves the right to modify the benefits or structure of the VIP program at any time and will endeavour to give users advance notice of such changes.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajilaive platform and, if detected, will result in immediate account closure:

• Creating and operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Artificial betting or balance recycling for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits.
• Using another person's account or payment method.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Gaining an advantage through hacking, bots, or automated software on the platform's software.
• Attempting to influence game results.
• Pre-arranged coordinated betting with other users (Colluded Betting).
• Harassing or threatening platform staff.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by Us

bajilaive reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Failure to pass age verification or violation of the age limit.
• Involvement in prohibited activities.
• Regulatory requests or court orders.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may voluntarily close your account at any time — via 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected]. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before closure.

10 Limitation of Liability
